Gong Ting 2010 Shu Pu'er
Carefully aged in loose-leaf form, this tea uses only the finest spring-picked leaves to achieve a naturally exquisite sweetness and refined flavor. Years of aging have produced a well-balanced sweetness, a clean taste free of mustiness or off-flavors, with notes of hardwood, subtle fruit, and a creamy texture in later infusions. Unlike younger Gong Ting, this aged version is forgiving with more leaves or longer steeps, remaining smooth and flavorful throughout.
