Da Hong Pao is a famous Wuyi rock oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. It is one of China’s most celebrated yancha (rock teas), known for its mineral depth and roasted complexity.
Bold yet smooth, this tea delivers a full-bodied and richly layered profile. The heavy roast imparts a deep fruity sweetness in both flavor and aroma. Over time, the roast gradually mellows and evolves, making it well-suited for aging over the next one to three years
