Zheng Shan is an early spring black tea from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian. Also known as Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, it is the original style of Lapsang Souchong, presented here in its unsmoked form.
It offers a naturally sweet aroma with a full-bodied, rounded profile. Notes of baked sweet potato are supported by gentle sweetness and a clean mineral finish, highlighting the depth and structure characteristic of this style.
