This finely crafted Banko-yaki kyusu (teapot) made by Mori Iroku from the renowned Banko shidei clay, celebrated for its distinctive muted purple hue and its unique ability to gently mellow the astringency of tea. The body is adorned with a traditional diamond cut pattern, adding a touch of timeless elegance.

The teapot features a built-in ceramic debeso filter, ideal for naturally straining tea without the need for a mesh insert.
