Light roast hojicha that highlights the softer side of roasted green tea. With a gentle roast, it brings out notes of toasted grain, light nuts, and natural sweetness, with minimal smokiness.
Compared to dark roast hojicha, light roast is more subtle and refined, ideal for those who prefer a smoother, less intense cup. It works especially well in lighter milk drinks or prepared as a simple whisked tea.
This is a more delicate expression of hojicha, offering clarity and balance rather than boldness.
