Mino Shirakawa Sencha
From the mist-covered mountains of Shirakawa in Gifu Prefecture, this small-batch sencha is cultivated in pristine highland valleys where cool air and pure water shape the leaves. Known as “Shihō no Yama” (Mountains of Four Directions), this tea reflects the quiet strength of its terroir. Carefully crafted in limited quantity, it yields a clear, vibrant liquor with a refreshing briskness, layered umami, and an elegant green finish.
