Roasted slowly over traditional charcoal in Taiwan’s mountain tea workshops, this oolong develops a profound depth shaped by patience and fire. Handcrafted in small batches, the leaves undergo multiple rounds of roasting, creating a rich, toasty profile layered with natural sweetness. The infusion yields notes of roasted nuts, dark caramel, and cacao husk, grounded by a subtle mineral warmth — a tea of quiet strength and masterful craftsmanship.
