Jin Xuan Oolong (Milk Oolong) 

Grown in Taiwan’s misty highlands, Jin Xuan is celebrated for its naturally creamy texture and gentle elegance. Harvested from the Jin Xuan cultivar and lightly oxidized, the leaves unfurl into a golden infusion with a silky mouthfeel and soothing sweetness. Notes of fresh cream, orchid, and buttered floral nectar create a comforting, almost confectionary cup — serene, soft, and quietly luxurious. 

Origin: Chike Mountain, Hualien, Taiwan 

Elevation: 1200 meters

Cultivar: Jin Xuan

Flavor Profile: Golden liquor with notes of sweet cream, orchid blossom, and buttered floral nectar, finishing with a smooth, velvety sweetness. 

Preparation: 3g tea, 95°C / 200°F, 150ml / 5oz water, 2-3 minutes
