Jin Xuan, often called milk oolong, is a Taiwanese cultivar known for its naturally creamy and floral character. Light oxidation preserves its softness, producing a golden infusion with a silky mouthfeel and gentle sweetness.
The cup is smooth and balanced, with notes of fresh cream, orchid, and soft florals. Low astringency and a rounded body make it easy to drink, with a lingering, velvety finish that carries through multiple infusions.
