The Bowery - Signature Blend

Wild, bold, and unmistakably ours.

The Bowery is built from two of the wildest character teas in our collection - Ai Lao Shan Wild and Yunnan Sun Dried - anchored by aged Gong Ting Shu Pu'er and rounded out with smooth Zheng Shan. What sets this blend apart is the tension between wild and refined: the two untamed teas bring raw, forest-grown character, while the aged pu'er folds in a silky depth that smooths the rough edges without flattening them. In the cup expect a dark, rich liquor with notes of dried fruit, forest floor, and a lingering malt sweetness, carried into a long, smooth finish.

Preparation: 3-5 g tea, 100°C (212°F), 250 ml (8 oz) water, 2-3 minutes
