This ceremonial-grade matcha is a harmonious expression of Japan’s finest tea traditions, crafted from the revered Asahi, Gokoh and Saemidori cultivars. Grown in the fertile soils of Kyoto, the leaves are shaded before harvest to heighten sweetness and umami. Stone-milled in small batches, they yield a vibrant emerald powder of remarkable smoothness. The result is a refined, velvety cup with a rich green aroma, deep umami, and a lingering sweetness that captures purity and elegance.

Preparation: Whisk 2–3 g matcha with 60 ml (2 oz) water at 70 °C (160 °F) until frothy
