Yunnan Sun-Dried Ye Sheng Shai Hong is a distinctive black tea made from wild tea trees (Ye Sheng) in Yunnan Province. Unlike conventional black teas that are oven-dried, this tea is sun-dried (Shai Hong), preserving a more natural, vibrant character and allowing for subtle aging potential similar to Pu'er-style processing. Ye Sheng refers to wild-growing, forest tea trees, naturally hybridized large-leaf Assamica varieties native to Yunnan.
